1. Shipping Coverage We currently ship exclusively within the United States.

2. Shipping Rates We proudly offer free shipping on every order - no minimum purchase required.

3. Shipping Methods All packages are shipped via USPS (United States Postal Service) for reliable, trackable delivery.

4. Processing & Delivery Orders are processed quickly to get your pet products to you as soon as possible. You will receive a tracking number once your order ships.

5. Multiple Parcels Large orders may be split into multiple shipments for optimal packaging and faster delivery. Each parcel will have its own tracking number.

6. Address Accuracy Please ensure your shipping address is correct at checkout. Due to our rapid processing, address changes can only be made within a very short timeframe after placing your order. Contact us immediately if you notice an error so we can attempt to correct it before dispatch.

7. Lost or Stolen Packages If tracking shows delivery but you haven't received your package, please first file a claim with USPS. Contact our Customer Support team for assistance with filing claims or any delivery concerns.
