2. Estimated Delivery Times United States Only: 7–10 business days Note: Delivery estimates begin after our 1–3 day processing period.
3. Tracking Information Once your order ships, you'll receive an email with your tracking number and a link to USPS tracking. If you haven't received tracking details within 5 business days of placing your order, please contact us.
4. Tracking Updates USPS may take 1–3 business days to update tracking records after receiving your package. If tracking shows no updates after 5 business days from shipment, contact our support team for assistance.
5. Return Policy Important: Most of our products have a no-return policy due to hygiene and safety reasons. This includes all pet bedding, grooming tools, and personal care items. Please review product descriptions carefully before purchasing.
6. Refund Policy Refunds are only available in cases of:
- Damaged items received
- Incorrect items shipped
- Order processing errors on our end
